Infidelity might be morally wrong but there are several reasons which contribute to it. David Atkins, a marriage councillor identified some of the reasons as (1) obsession with work and fail to get time for each other; (2) Sex between married couples become too routine and predictable. (3) Living together can be monotonous and tedious. (4) Men seeks extramarital affairs for sexual reasons while women indulge in then for emotional reasons.
